At Backpack Buffet, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:Change of mindIncorrect size or selection
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:Submit a claim within 30 days of deliveryInclude clear photos of the issueOnce verified, we will replace the item at no cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery dateOnce verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided: The customer is responsibleReshipping fees may apply
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located:Please contact the shipping carrier firstCheck with neighbors or others at the delivery locationBackpack Buffet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
